CHECK AREAS
Pumps, filters, pressure systems, water equipment, visible pipes, connections, leaks, cistern and irrigation equipment.
INCLUDED
Travel to scheduled visits, installation and condition checks, documentation, identification of defects and maintenance recommendations.
NOT INCLUDED
Repairs, spare parts, materials, breakdown call-outs, major cleaning, renovation, alterations and additional working time. These are quoted separately and carried out only after a separate order.
Filter replacement, repairs and materials require a separate order.
Unused maintenance time is not paid out or carried forward indefinitely. For exceptionally large hotel or commercial properties, scope and suitability are assessed before a contract is concluded.
